Well, the recent trip to Italy was absolutely great.  Something I look forward to doing again in the future(September, maybe???)

I stayed at a place out in the country, about 10 km from Lake Garda, which is the largest lake in Italy, created many eons of time ago by a glacier.

They have their own olive trees, which produce around 900 liters of olive oil per year.  They cook with their own olives, raise their own eggs, and they are just a great couple to visit with. 

Lake Garda has their own winery, which makes some pretty great wine, that should be experimented with while visiting.
